How we managed overeating at the end of a stressful day.

The goal of this article series is to give practical examples of how 1-on-1 nutrition coaching works/looks in practice so as to make it more approachable and accurate for all people.

The reason for this is that people often imagine that it is simply the X’s and O’s of nutritional science and that the conversations are centered around specifically what foods to eat/not eat, when in fact it’s rarely that. Most, if not all, people know what nutritious food is and how to access it. Instead, it’s about considering the individual environments, preferences, and goals.
