Are you losing (and gaining) the same 5-20 lbs over and over?

Here are 3 simple steps to break the cycle

We understand how hard it can be to stay focused and committed to a plan when life gets busy and there is always a new method being touted as the new best thing.

The endless cycle of start-stop random diets and training routines without significant improvement is exhausting.

When we repeat this cycle…

  • our fitness and performance plateau.

  • we get more frustrated at our lack of results.

  • we waste our time and resources on ineffective methods.

We have put together 3 simple steps that have helped 100s of guys like you break this cycle and start making immediate progress and lasting change.

Step 1; Have an internally motivated goal.

Internal motivation is the key to taking action day by day, even when you don’t feel like doing it. If you join a gym to “start working out” chances are you won’t go nearly as often as you could because there is no internal motivation.

If you join a gym because “you want to be fit enough to play hockey with your kids without getting exhausted” then this is a strong internal motivation that you can anchor your health and fitness actions too. What is your internal motivation to improve your physique, fitness, and health?

Step 2; Create a structure.

It doesn’t need to be an in depth plan, but it needs to be a wire framed structure that you can build your internally motivated daily actions on to.

If you have a blank canvas every day, then it can be hard to get started, nevermind keep going. I advise guys in our builtXyou Transformation Program to use their daily calendar to add the most important things like bed times, workouts, and meals to make their most important actions visible and real and it works wonders.

Step 3; Tell your partner/family/friends.

Tell those closest to you what you’re doing and why. A member of the builtXyou Transformation Program told his 2 sons what he was doing, and now they join him on walks and ask how many steps he's at for the day. By enlisting social support, you show consideration for others, express your intentions, and have built in accountability in your efforts.

You can get to work on all of these right now to make sticking to your training and diet efforts long term 100X easier.
