Setting the board
When we first set out on our journey to lose fat, build muscle, and get fitter, stronger, healthier, we have many options.
We could attend group HIIT classes with friends, consume a vegan diet, and sleep on a cooling mattress or we could train alone following a strength and conditioning program, eating a mixed diet, and sleep with the fan on. Any any combination of any methods conceivable inbetween that.
