Stress Is Killing your Progress
Stress is good. Yes, you read that right. We need stress. Stress is what helps us grow. BUT…only some kinds of stress are helpful. Stress from hard training, from creating a calorie deficit that our body needs to make up by using fat for energy, by learning a new cooking skill or lifting technique to improve our results.
Unfortunately, our body doesn’t separate out these good stressors from the soul sucking stressors like traffic, annoying people, and losing your keys.
