Flexible Nutrition Guide

“Flexible dieting” is the buzz word of the day. This isn’t that.

I’m not one for buzzwords and trends. I AM one for low stress, simple, science based skills and applications that don’t take over your life (unless you want them too) so that you can continue doing the things you want, well.

This guide is designed to give you guidance on how to establish a baseline of nutritional intake, how to adjust your that intake when shit hits the fan with work/home/life, and how to deviate successfully and without too much mental gymnastics when their is a weekend birthday bash or late night partner schmoozing.

This is it. This is the baseline to return to time and again when it comes to making sustainable, long term nutrition choices.

Diets and trendy diet protocols (excluding late night television shills here for obvious reasons) will try and sell us on the dream that we can have it all and still improve our health. It’s the way of the world and it sucks. The reality is, we need to eat more nutritious foods more often, make less in the moment decisions when we are standing in front of the fast food menu, and adjust our expectations of the quick fix to one of long term learning and application of effort. I hope this guide serves you well. if you want more information, advice, or someone to shout into the void at about how shitty diet culture is, you can reply HERE, DM me HERE, or call me HERE.
