Time to cook ≠ time to eat

Nutrition advice and tactics often focus on efficiency, and rightly so. Consuming accurate tot the goal, tasty, and time-efficient nutrition is one of the key pillars of success for the busy/working person.

Don’t forget to account for how long it takes you to EAT as well as PREPARE.

4 cups of yogurt, 2 bananas, 10 strawberries, and some cashews take 30 seconds to prepare and 10 minutes to eat.

I often hear from people that they’re wasting food because they’re quick at preparing it but haven’t figured out how to make time to eat it.

My biggest tip here is to schedule a time for breakfast the way you do for everything else. A meeting, a kid pickup, work event, etc. book that time out in your schedule and eat your damn meals!
