The only Buzzfeed listicle you’ll ever need
This is the world we live in. Nuanced information boiled down to a list…and you know what...I am here for it. In health and fitness simplification is often split into 2 camps.
A reductionist world where nuanced detail is villainized and phrases like “avoid this one food to lose belly fat” and “this one exercise for abs” are rife.
Data so deep you’ll drown in it. So much information, so many studies, so many conflicting viewpoints that we essentially get waterboarded into submission and return to our Cheetos on the couch (Cheetos are flavorless trash, by the way, Wotsits are far superior…but I digress).
So, I’ve taken what I believe to be just the right amount of nuance without getting lost in the data to compile the only listicle you need to start getting places with your health and fitness.
