If you knew you’d never win, would you still play?

Will you do this thought experiment with me?

If you knew you’d never win, would you still play?

This is one way that you can make health and fitness pursuits more long term than you ever thought possible. Because health isn’t something you can win, fitness isn't something that you get, and a physique that you’re proud of and confident in isn’t something that you acquire.

Though there may be points of success, progress, and promise along the way, there is no final score to keep and no trophy to hoist. When you know you can’t win, the actions you take become the focus, not the outcome.

The most successful transformations I’ve ever seen have come from this shift in thinking. When you focus on the outcome, there is no certainty that you’ll enjoy the process. But if you design the process to be as enjoyable as possible, and build the actions within it, in line with the outcome you want, then you can have it all.

You can achieve your goal in a way that is enjoyable.

That’s what we do with the guys in our programs at builtXyou. We build a plan that allows you to achieve your goals while enjoying the process leading to short term achievement and long term satisfaction.

This experiment gets results!

If you’re a busy guy who is tired of trying to figure it out alone and is finally ready to go all in to build a plan that gets results and supports you to keep them, then click below to apply for one of our limited monthly coaching spots today.
