High protein breakfast in <5mins

There is no imperative to eat breakfast and I'm not here to debate the merits of intermittent fasting, breakfast being the most important meal of the day, or whether the farmers almanac is right about this year's winter.

Less than 3 steps to make this 👆

If you want a delicious, satisfying, high protein, low calorie breakfast option in under 5 minutes, then I’ve got you covered.

It’s 2 packets of Quaker protein instant oatmeal (maple + brown sugar) and 1 cup of 0% greek yogurt giving you approximately 500 cals, 50g protein, in under 5 minutes.

It’s also a lot of food (great for feeling satisfied), is high in fiber, lower in fat, and tasty. As a bonus, it’s also highly portable (Jen keeps these oatmeal packs in her desk, and a pot of 0% greek yogurt lasts a couple of weeks in the fridge).
