You need this much time to transform your physique

Time is our most important resource. Here’s how to use it wisely to get results.

  1. Grocery shopping and meal prep = 30 mins-2 hours per week

  2. Walk 10k steps per day = 90 mins per day / 10.5 hours

  3. 3x 45-60 mins workouts = 45-60 mins per day / 2.25-3 hours per week

  4. Eating meals = 45-60 mins per day / 5.25-7 hours per week

  5. Sleep = 7-9 hours per night / 49-63 hours per week


These are the top 5 highest impact actions to transform your health, fitness, and physique.

You’ll need between 22.5 and 18.5 hours per week (not including sleep since you need that to live any way) per week to hit all of these targets without rushing or multitasking.

If you just read this and thought something like…

I can barely find 22.5 minutes nevermind 22.5 hours, I guess it’s useless even trying”.

You’re not alone and that is definitely 1 way to look at it.

Nobody expects to win the lottery without buying a ticket. If you want to play the game, you need to place a bet. And the more tickets you buy, the greater your chances of winning.

What to do

Pick 1 of the 5 actions listed above and start focusing on taking action in that arena. Only action increases accuracy, efficiency, and momentum in your efforts.

You might spend 3 hours prepping food on a Sunday at first, but by week 4, you’ve got it down to a machine like 1 hour.

You might be so tired/sore from your first workout that you have to take 3 days off, but by week 3, you’re hitting a session every other day and getting stronger by the rep.
