How long is “long term”?

I know you know this, but I write a lot about mindset in training and nutrition. There is so much information, and much of that is conflicting. Low carb, high fat. High fat, low carb. 1 meal per day. Many small meals per day. Upper lower training split. Low weight high reps for “tone”. High weight low reps for size. Cardio is king/the devil …blah blah blah… you know the kind of stuff.

The thing that gives any of this a chance of working is the application of persistent effort long term. And that's where people struggle

Long term

Motivation ebbs and flows. We can all think of a time we were excited to start something, and then a few weeks into it, the shine wears off. This is completely normal. We aren’t going to be excited all the time (even kids calm down at Disneyland after a day or two).

People are most successful with health and fitness change when they apply consistent effort long term.

How long is “long term”?

Fine, I’ll say it. Long term = Forever. Hang on! Hang on! Don’t close the page yet. You won’t have to apply extreme effort all the time. But you will have to work to maintain a level of good health and results you achieve through initial higher effort.

Whichever option you choose to start your health and fitness change, make sure it has a plan to help you apply consistent effort long term. The good news is that the longer you proactive something the easier and simpler it becomes to do.

The builtXyou Transformation Program offers a legacy option to help you keep all your progress, grow your skills, and support you long-term once you finish the initial program.

The first enrollment for the builtXyou Transformation Program launches in 13 weeks and I am only taking on 10 people. If you want to be one of the 10, you can learn more about how the program works, the features and the benefits, and the results you can expect from being in it by clicking here.

If you know you are interested and ready to invest, you can complete the application HERE and book a call with me to make sure we are a good fit. If not, feel free to email me any questions, check the program's FAQ page HERE, or sit tight for more info.

Cheers!
