Do this when you have no time to workout 💪⏰

Training variables can be tweaked to help you perform an effective and accurate training session in 30 mins or so.

How to do it 👇👇

  • Pick 3-6 exercises (2 upper body, 2 lower body, and 2 core specific exercises)

  • Perform 10 reps of each exercise for as many total sets/reps as you can in 30 minutes.

  • Next workout, keep all the variables the same (reps, exercises, weights etc.) and work to perform more total set's in the same amount of time (30 mins).

  • This is called "density", as we are trying to fit more work into the same amount of time each session.

  • Density training allows you to keep the session within the window of time you have available, whilst giving you the opportunity to perform progressively more work.

Here is how that might look 👉👉

Over time you could change the order of exercises, swap them for different exercises, or adjust the load used or reps per set, to increase challenge and provide engagement. You can get in great shape and keep making progress in 30 minutes.
