  • The program is completely customized and scalable so you’ll never be thrown in at the deep end. From your initial intake form and your day 1 launch call, your coach will customize and explain everything so you can get the most out of the program.

  • There are over 70 different food items from 5 categories, offering millions of unique meal combinations and choices. There are no must-eat foods. You can simply choose the ones you enjoy and include those in your day. This is why this program works.

  • Your training program is built around the equipment you have access to. For best results we recommend you have access to dumbbells and resistance bands at home or a basic gym membership.

  • If there is something in a workout you can’t do or it gives you pain, choose another option from the substitution list in that section and try it out.

    If you have a chronic pain doing a particular motion, skip what hurts for now and then message your immediately coach in the training app so they can help you find an alternative. Once you have done this, complete the rest of the workout/exercises you can do.
